God,

Lately there’s been a lot of

internally grieving, & I

don’t know what to feel or

how to respond at this point

I need you.

Wipe every tear and give me

rest

Help me to accept what’s

happened, what’s happening

and feel-not numb the pain.

Holy Spirit, comfort me and

anyone else that may be

grieving anything or anyone

Only you know what’s needed.
